1. Services

Lyfzest provides professional psychotherapy, counselling, and mental wellness services through licensed and certified psychologists and psychiatrists. Our services include individual therapy, couple and relationship therapy, child and adolescent therapy, family and group therapy, specialised therapy services, and corporate wellness programs. Sessions are available online via secure video platforms and in-person at our practice location in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

2. Appointments & Sessions

All sessions are by appointment only. Sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed upon. Appointments can be booked through our website contact form, WhatsApp, or by calling our reception. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice for cancellation as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or before the start of each session, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept payments through our secure online payment gateway. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at the time of booking.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during therapy sessions is strictly confidential and is protected under professional ethical guidelines. Your therapist will not disclose any information without your explicit written consent, except where required by law — for example, in cases involving imminent risk of harm to self or others, or where mandated by a court of law. Our team follows the ethical standards set by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and relevant professional bodies.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your mental health history and current concerns to enable effective treatment. You understand that therapy is a collaborative process and that outcomes depend on your active participation. You agree to inform your therapist of any changes in medication or treatment being received from other healthcare providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lyfzest provides professional therapy services to the best of our ability using evidence-based approaches. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from therapy. Therapy is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. Lyfzest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lyfzest website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Lyfzest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Lyfzest reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
